Master Plan information

The Riverfront Crossings Park master plan was completed in May, 2015. A public open house meeting discussing this first phase of the project was held Nov. 2, 2016. Phase 1 of this project was completed in Fall 2017, and included the restoration of Ralston Creek, creation of wetlands, the building of trail connections to the surrounding neighborhood. Construction of Phase 2 of the park, the nature play area, is scheduled for completion in early summer 2018. Additional areas of the park will be developed in the future as funding becomes available.

The complete park master plan can be viewed here.

Accessibility Notes: Paved sidewalks and trail throughout the park were constructed to ADA standards and provide access to play area, restrooms, and shelter. Nature play features provide diverse play opportunities for all abilities. Engineered wood fiber is an ADA-approved playground surfacing material for mobility and impact attenuation. Designated accessible parking spaces are provided in the parking lot, with adjoining ADA curb ramp access from the lot to the park pathways.
