Updated Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018:
The Farm to Street Dinner will move indoors to the Park Lodge at Terry Trueblood Recreation Area, 579 McCollister Blvd, due to forecasted evening rain. The event will go on as usual, just in a new location.
Crews will no longer close the 100 block of North Linn Street for the event.
This dinner will bring roughly 200 people together to support the local food economy, while sharing a delicious, six-course meal, using locally sourced ingredients prepared by some of Iowa City’s most talented chefs. Money raised this year will benefit Table to Table.
Tickets went on sale in June and sold out in 24-hours. This event is hosted in partnership between the Iowa City Downtown District, Johnson County and the City of Iowa City.
