The top three levels of the Tower Place Parking Ramp have been closed to the public effective Monday, June 28, 2021, so necessary repairs can be made.
Customer parking will be available on the first two levels, as well as the following locations:
- Dubuque Street ramp
- Located at 220 S. Dubuque Street
- Capitol Street ramp
- Located at 220 S. Capitol Street
- Chauncey Swan ramp
- Located at 415 E. Washington Street
- Court Street Transportation Center
- Located at 150 E. Court Street
- Harrison Street Parking Ramp

Structural repairs are needed at the top level, and will necessitate the closure of the top three levels. Though there is no official timeline yet, the closure is estimated to last two to three months.
Tower Place permit holders will maintain access to parking at this location throughout the process.
Access to the Senior Center skywalk on the third level is temporarily unavailable and will be reestablished as soon as the project allows. Patrons can access The Center using the pedestrian ramp entrance in the Linn Street alley (on the north side of the building) or the Washington Street entrance. Elevator access to the first two levels, and the businesses located in Tower Place, will remain in place.
