Beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, documents and web forms on the City’s website will be inaccessible as a software upgrade is made. Full service is expected to be restored by the end of day Saturday.

The Neighborhood & Development Services Department’s land management, permitting, and licensing forms will not be impacted and are available through their customer self-service portal.

Customers will still be able to access the online utility payments and more at our website.
