Residents will not be able to pay City utility bills Thursday morning as the City undergoes planned software maintenance. The City's Revenue Division at City Hall, where residents can pay utility bills and parking tickets in-person, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. that day to allow for the system maintenance.
Payment software will be down starting 7 a.m. Thursday, meaning utility bill payments, landfill, and other miscellaneous accounts receivable payment options will not be available to residents in person or online. Start/stop service requests and online account access for utilities will also be unavailable
All services are expected to be operating by 1 p.m. that day, meaning payments can be made then.
