With City Hall closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City is reminding residents that they can drop off utility bill payments at the dropbox located outside of City Hall. 

The dropboxes have been moved back to their original location: in the City Hall parking lot immediately east of the building, across the street from New Pioneer Food Co-op on Van Buren Street. 
Cash or check are accepted. Please include your payment stub, or the address and account number to apply the payment to.

There is a Mediacom bill dropbox immediately to the right of the utilities dropbox. Do not put your utility bill payment in the Mediacom dropbox. 
Customers wanting to pay their bill will enter the parking lot entrance closest to the Augusta Place apartment complex behind City Hall. The dropboxes will be located near the south exit of the lot in a grassy area. Drivers can roll down their window and drop off a payment.
