Shortly after 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, the Iowa City Police Department, Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, and University of Iowa Police Department, responded to the area of Scott Boulevard and Washington Street to investigate multiple reports of numerous shots fired.
