As work continues on the First Avenue Grade Separation Project, residents are advised that starting Wednesday, August 24, parking will no longer be allowed on the north side of Bradford Drive between First Avenue and William Street. This restriction is to alleviate traffic congestion and improve safety for motorists and pedestrians near South East Junior High.
Crews closed First Avenue south of Bradford Drive through Mall Drive on August 20, 2016 to complete work on the railroad bridge and start paving First Avenue below the bridge. First Avenue is expected to reopen by Labor Day weekend.
