The Iowa City Police Department is asking for the public’s help as officers attempt to locate a person of interest in an ongoing arson and burglary investigation.

A car parked in the Dubuque Street Ramp, 210 S. Dubuque St., was burglarized and then set on fire on Aug. 2, 2017, causing moderate damage.

Police would like to speak with the pictured individual, who was captured on a ramp security camera running away from the ramp. He is described as a white male, in his 20s, with a muscular build. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, khaki shorts and black shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Iowa City Police Department at 319-356-5293.
