The Farm to Street dinner is looking for the next beneficiary of funds raised during an annual event that brings together members of Iowa City’s diverse, vibrant community to share a table, a story, and a meal, while supporting local food systems.
Each year, revenue from the dinner is awarded to an area organization that is working to enhance the local food system. Applications are selected by the organizing committee. Criteria is listed on the online application. The deadline to apply is May 1. The Iowa Valley Global Food Project was the selected beneficiary from last year's event, receiving $8,000.
