UPDATE: As for Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 Iowa City's customer service reporting app, ICgovXpress, is again working for Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads. 

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Iowa City's customer service reporting app, ICgovXpress, is currently not working for Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads. 

Apple customers can still report concerns, request services and ask question electronically through the City website by visiting icgov.org/ICgovXpress. Staff can also be reached Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling City Hall at 319-356-5000. 

The City hopes to have the system functioning properly by Monday, Jan. 23, 2017. Visit icgov.org for updates.
