The City of Iowa City final FY2023 budget and FY2022-2024 financial plan, adopted March 22, 2022, is now available to review on the City’s website www.icgov.org/budget.  This report provides information on the City’s financial plan as it relates to the City Council’s Strategic Plan, revenues, expenditures, and major capital improvement projects budgeted for the upcoming fiscal year.

The City's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan - a guide for the City's issuance of bonded debt and for the construction and replacement of City buildings and infrastructure - is also available on the budget page.
