North Clinton Street will be turned to one-way traffic going north from Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020, to Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020, to allow for an elongated University of Iowa student move-in.

The move-in schedule has been expanded to allow a more socially distanced process due to the COVID-19 pandemic by having less students move in at one time. 

North Clinton Street will be one-way traffic going north from Market Street to Church Street over those days. The right lane will be for through traffic, the left lane will be for move-in traffic parking. 

That traffic will then turn right onto Church, which will be one-way going east from Clinton to Dubuque Street. 

During move-in, drivers should expect traffic delays, be mindful of reduced parking availability, and allow extra travel time. As always, be cautious and alert for pedestrians.
