The Office of Equity & Human Rights is hiring for a fall student intern. The tentative duration is from August 2020 through December 2020. The Iowa City Public Art Advisory Committee awards funds to four local public art projects

The Iowa City Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC) has announced awards totaling $7,000 for four public art projects through its Matching Grant Program, which matches funds up to $2,000 for local visual, audio, or performance-based art.

Proposals are submitted by artists, and members of PAAC make final award selections. The program, which was initiated in the fall of 2015, has provided over $25,000 in funds for local arts opportunities.

Public Art Matching Fund Program now accepting applications

The City of Iowa City Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC) announces the availability of more matching funds up to $2,000 for public art projects.

Funded through the Iowa City Public Art Program, visual, audio, or performance-based art such as sculpture, murals, performances, readings, interactive exhibits, video projections, soundscapes, spoken word, and other mediums, will be considered.
