Iowa City youth will breathe life into some of history’s most important figures at the Black History Living Museum on Saturday, Feb. 20 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Robert A. Lee Community Recreation Center, 220 S. Gilbert Street. The event is being held as part of the celebration of Black History Month in Iowa City.

The City of Iowa City Human Resources Office will host an employment fair on Thursday, Feb. 25 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Procter and Gamble Meeting Room at Mercer Park Aquatic Center, 2701 Bradford Drive.

The City of Iowa City is developing a streetscape master plan for Riverside Drive, an important corridor for businesses and the community within the West Riverfront Subdistrict of Riverfront Crossings. This project extends from the Highway 1 / Highway 6 intersection to Myrtle Avenue.
