The Iowa City Board of Adjustment will meet Fri. Sept. 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the East Side Recycling Center to discuss an appeal related to a proposed home designed to replicate Kinnick Stadium.

The Board of Adjustment will meet for the third time to render its decision regarding an appeal of the City’s decision to issue a building permit for the proposed home at 101 Lusk Avenue.

The Board normally holds its meetings at City Hall. However, due to the University of Iowa Homecoming Parade, this special meeting will take place at the Environmental Education Center at the Eastside Recycling Center, 2401 Scott Boulevard SE, Iowa City. This is to ensure access and ease of parking for those who attend the meeting.

The public hearing has closed for this issue, meaning no further public commentary will be allowed. The Board will discuss its findings and vote on a motion to grant the appeal.

An electronic version of the agenda for this meeting is available for viewing. To learn more about the Board of Adjustment visit icgov.org.
