Iowa City Police have made an arrest following Saturday's incident inside the Pedestrian Mall. Dante Jaymes Yance, 29, faces the following charges:

• Trafficking in a stolen weapon, first offense
• Reckless use of a firearm - property damage
• Two counts of Assault while displaying a dangerous weapon
