The City receives federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The following are various plans required by HUD.
Consolidated Plan
This plan guides the allocation of funding for housing, jobs and services for residents with low to moderate income for the next five years.
Annual Action Plan
This plan describes the federally funded activities to be undertaken during the fiscal year.
Consolidated Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
This plan describes accomplishments and progress towards goals made during the fiscal year.
HOME-ARP Allocation Plan
This plan describes the use of HOME-ARP funds.
Citizen Participation Plan
This plan describes how residents can provide input and is formally known as a Citizen Participation Plan. While the federal regulation uses the term “Citizen”, this plan is meant to encourage all residents and stakeholders to participate.
