This class starts with a slow flow warm-up and then slows down to study a few poses in greater detail with optional prop use. Then a few poses to re-energize and we conclude with passive stretches, relaxation techniques, and Savasana. Membership required.

Our Rec N' Roll trailer is coming to a park near you on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The events will be located in a variety of our parks around the city. Everyone is welcome!

Social distancing guidelines of remaining 6 feet from other family units and masks are required.

Activities vary each week and may include skateboards, scooters, Strider bikes, pedal cars, water play, and more. These events are FREE and are for all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult.
