This class starts with a slow flow warm-up and then slows down to study a few poses in greater detail with optional prop use. Then a few poses to re-energize and we conclude with passive stretches, relaxation techniques, and Savasana. Membership required.

A 45-minute strength training class for people who have osteopenia, osteoporosis, or concerns about bone density or functional strength. The class requires the use of light to moderate weights (canned goods or similar household items can be substituted for dumbbells).

Monday Night Music (a combination of Linn Street Band and Monday Night Live!) is meeting virtually on Zoom and using the SmartMusic program to keep members connected and playing from home. New members are welcome to join anytime. Dues of $45 are payable anytime, but before January 15 to play during the first rehearsal.
