Instructor: Christoph Weismayer
This class starts with a slow flow warm-up and
then slows down to study a few poses in greater
detail with optional prop use. Then, a few poses
to re-energize us and we conclude with passive
stretches, relaxation techniques, and Savasana.

A 45-minute strength training class for people
who have osteopenia, osteoporosis, or concerns
about bone density or functional strength. The
class requires the use of light to moderate
weights (canned goods or similar household items
can be substituted for dumbbells).
