This class starts with a slow flow warm-up and then
slows down to study a few poses in greater detail
with optional prop use. Then a few poses to reenergize
and we conclude with passive stretches,
relaxation techniques, and Savasana. This class will
remain free for the month of August, and a class fee
will be charged starting in September.
