Moving with Parkinson's is a 45-minute exercise program designed to empower people with Parkinson's & other neurological conditions. Functional exercises include big movements, stretching, posture, balance, strength, gait, facial and vocal exercises. Exercises are performed seated and standing but can be modified as needed. A sturdy chair is required. This class is offered FREE, thanks to the annual Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day Community Walk.
