Mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce stress, help improve physical and mental health, and increase personal well-being. This 4-week class will focus on developing a personal mindfulness practice and ways to integrate mindfulness in daily life. Participants will be given audio links to practice outside of class time. This class will focus on beginning a mindfulness practice but can be a refresher
