Chair yoga practices poses while sitting in a chair or using the chair to assist in some standing poses. Yoga techniques provide a low impact way to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while teaching how to relax. Techniques can also be used for people who sit a lot for their jobs and want some stretches to release tightness and tension. For questions, email email@example.com.
