Base Bid: Construction of Willow Creek Park Improvements shall include, but not limited to, demolition of existing buildings, pavements, utilities and associated work as shown on the plans. Includes proposed improvements of grading, sanitary sewer, water service, electric service, restroom building, open shelter, playground installation, trails, plantings and associated work.
Add Alternate No. 1: The additional work and cost for providing split face block along the base of the restroom and open shelter.
Add Alternate No. 2: The additional work and cost associated for furnishing and installing additional play equipment.
Add Alternate No. 3: The additional work and cost for providing site amenities of grills, benches, bike parking, bike repair station, dog liter receptacle, trash/recycling receptacles, and associated.
Work will be conducted at Willow Creek Park located at 1117 Teg Drive, Iowa City, IA.
