The project involves installation of landscape improvements along two roadway corridors in Iowa City. The project includes all materials, labor and equipment necessary for construction of project improvements. Approximate quantities include: 164 shade trees, 118 ornamental trees, 171 shrubs, 8,193 perennials/bulbs, 628 square feet of face segmental retaining wall, mulch, traffic control and miscellaneous related work.
