The Project consists of: This project includes site improvements for a nature play area within the currently under‐construction Riverfront Crossing Park, park located at site at 1001 Clinton Street, Iowa City, Iowa. Scope of work includes installation of prefabricated play equipment; custom features utilizing salvaged material from a deconstructed railroad bridge and salvaged architectural stone arches; sidewalk installation; flagstone patio; seeding; planting; and other related site construction as indicated in the Plan Documents.
