This project will involve the following: Area of work is located on the second floor of the existing Iowa City Public Library. Work includes selective demolition of the existing computer lab area, light-gauge metal framing and drywall, hollow metal framing and glazing, millwork, carpeting, painting, acoustical ceiling systems. Mechanical work is design-build, and includes alteration to existing mechanical system. Electrical work is design-build, includes power, lighting and data installation.
