This project includes the elevation of Dubuque Street, the elevation and reconstruction of the Park Road Bridge over the Iowa River and the expansion of Park Road from two to three lanes from the bridge to Riverside Drive.  The project has been designed as a multi-modal corridor to include roadway, intersection and utility improvements (water, sewer, fiber optic and private utilities), new sidewalk and trails, and a trunk sanitary sewer.
