Furnish all labor, equipment and materials required for traffic signal equipment removal and replacement and pedestrian sidewalk ramp improvements at the intersections of Gilbert St and College St and Gilbert St and Washington St. The project also includes the replacement of approximately 378 feet of 12” ductile iron water main pipe along Gilbert St from College St to Washington St, and street and pedestrian lighting removal and replacement along Gilbert St from College St to Washington St and along Washington St from Linn St to Van Buren St.
