The project includes all materials, equipment, transportation, labor and coordination needed to complete the improvements associated with the tennis court improvements at Mercer Park in Iowa City. Improvements include surface paint removal, cracking and pavement repair, HMA pavement, Fencing, tennis and pickleball court posts and nets, court surfacing, markings and associated work.
