The project involves the installation of one new traffic signal mast arm pole and footing at Iowa Highway 1 and US Highway 218 in Iowa City. The project includes all materials, labor and equipment necessary for construction of project improvements. Approximate quantities include: 1 combination traffic signal pole with 45’ mast arm and 15’ luminaire arm; 2 – 3 section traffic signal heads; 1 Iteris color video detection camera; 25’ of 4” PVC conduit; 31’ of pull rope, 1c #10 tracer cable, and #6 bare copper ground wire; 196’ of 1c #6 street light wire; 438’ of coax/power/focus video camera cable; 523’ of 4c #14 traffic signal cable; 1 – 3’ diameter by 11.5’ deep concrete signal pole footing; removal of existing signal pole footing and wire, traffic control and miscellaneous related work.
