Description:
The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of demotion and removal of the structures at 889 Park Place and 735 Manor Drive. Also to be removed is all concrete, stone, brick, asphalt or other flatwork, planters, retaining walls, fencing and the like, as well as capping of wells and collapsing of cisterns, if any.
