This project includes, but is not limited to the following: reconfigure fire sprinkler system; fir out block walls; install drywall, prime, and paint; install cabinets, countertops, and appurtenances; remove and replace window and door to the back patio; install gas service solenoid shutoff valves; install ceiling grid system and fluorescent lighting; remove and replace kitchen flooring.  The project is located at the City of Iowa City’s Fire Station #3, 2001 Lower Muscatine Rd., Iowa City, Iowa.
