This project will remove deteriorated existing annular seals and replace with polyurethane elastomeric annular sealant on one wastewater digester tank cover.  It will also include the removal, repair and replacement of closed cell polyurethane spray foam insulation and urethane elastomer coating on the digester cover roofs.  The project is located at 4366 Napoleon Street SE, Iowa City, Iowa.
