Description:
The project will remove existing and replace damaged storm sewer pipe, intakes and manholes on the Beer Creek Storm Sewer located in the alleyway on the north side of the City owned Parking Lot in the 300 Block of East Market Street, Iowa City, IA 52245. Approximately 56 feet of new storm sewer, 1 manhole, 1 intake and 156 square yards of pavement patching.

Liquidated Damages: $240 per day
