The project involves site improvements at the Ashton House site at 820 Park Road and Normandy Drive as delineated in the 2015 REAP grant application.  The improvements include the following: 

This Project consists of provision and installation of the following:  Pergola Structure, Site Electrical Including Pergola Lighting, 38 SY Patio Removal, 162 SY New PCC Patio Pavers With Concrete Base, 192 LF Paver Areas Concrete Beam Curb, 36 SY Sidewalk, PCC 5”, 74 CY Misc Site Excavation, Miscellaneous Site Cleanup Including Volunteer Tree And Scrub Brush Clearing And Removal, 1,726 SY Planting Bed Preparation And Tilling, 61 New Shade Trees, 22 New Understory Trees, 205 New Shrubs (100 Of Which Are Bare Root), 175 LF Dry-swale, Compost Bin, Transplanting (Tree-Spading) (6) 2"-3” Caliper Oak Trees To Onsite Locations.  ADD ALTERNATE ITEM:  Dumpster Enclosure, 5” PCC Paving, Wood Fencing, Limestone Retaining Wall.
