The project involves site improvements at the Ashton House site at 820 Park Road and Normandy Drive as delineated in the 2015 REAP grant application.  The improvements include the following:  pergola structure, site electrical including pergola lighting, 38 s.y. patio removal, 170 s.y. PCC unit paver pavement at patio & pergola, 36 s.y. sidewalk PCC 5", 74 c.y. misc. site excavation, misc. site cleanup including volunteer tree and scrub brush clearing and removal, 1,489 s.y. planting bed preparation and tilling, 61 new shade and understory trees, 164 new shrubs, 175 l.f. dryswale, and compost bin.  Add alternate items, dumpster enclosure, 5" PCC paving, wood fencing, limestone retaining wall.
