The replacement of the west wall and gate of the Iowa City Landfill and Recycling Center Entrance. The project includes an electronic message center as well as low voltage ethernet lines, conduits, and handholes for communication to a proposed message center and cameras. Enhanced lighting and the proposed cameras are to be done by others.
