The project includes two divisions. Division 1 involves the construction of sidewalk along Oakcrest Street between 814 and 1000 Oakcrest Street. Major bid items include: 3,586 SF of 4" PCC sidewalk, 23 SF of 6" PCC sidewalk and curb ramp, 2,844 SF of 7” PCC Driveway, 289 SF of 7” HMA Driveway, 8 SF of cast iron detectable warning truncated domes, 70 SQ of sodding, and related work. Division 2 involves the construction of sidewalk and curb ramps along D Street from 2nd Avenue to 1st Avenue. Major bid items include: 1,044 SF of 4" PCC sidewalk, 149 SF of 6" PCC sidewalk and curb ramp, 244 SF of 6” PCC Driveway, remove and replace 113 LF of curb and gutter, 56 SF of cast iron detectable warning truncated domes, 1 curb inlet filter, 18 SQ of sodding, and related work.
