The Project will involve the following: Upgrading door access control at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), City Hall (CH), and Water Plant (WP), which includes work to provide electric door hardware, provide conduit pathways, provide low voltage cabling, and provide electronic access control hardware.
