Bid Tally Description:
The project includes pavement repairs associated with water main breaks on various streets throughout Iowa City. Types of pavement that need repaired include Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), PCC with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay, and full depth HMA. Some locations will also require the removal and replacement of driveway, sidewalk, and/or curb and gutter.

Substantial Completion Date: October 29, 2021
Final Completion Date: November 19, 2021
Liquidated Damages: $500 per day after exceeding five (5) working days at a single location or after either of the completion dates
