Memorial Tree Program
Planting a tree in a City park or other City-owned land is a beautiful way to honor a loved one and also provides a gift to the whole community. Trees are planted on City-owned land for all to enjoy. Forestry staff will plant the tree on City-owned grounds in the spring or fall, and you will receive a certificate suitable for framing. It’s a gift that can last through several lifetimes, a gift that keeps on giving.
The gift of a memorial tree is appropriate for many occasions.
- In memory of someone who has passed away
- In honor of a dedicated service member
- To celebrate a birthday, graduation, wedding, retirement, or other occasions
Memorial Bench Program
The Memorial Bench Program is currently suspended. At this time we are unable to accept requests for the Memorial Bench Program.
