The 1-South Iowa City bus will detour from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, due to the National Night Out event at Wetherby Park.
The outbound 1-South Iowa City bus will detour using Sandusky Drive to Taylor Drive to Hollywood Boulevard to Sycamore Street to Lakeside Drive.
The inbound bus will detour using Lakeside Drive to Sycamore Street to Hollywood Boulevard to Taylor Drive to Sandusky Drive.
Four stops that will be out of service during this time:
- #8063 – Burns Avenue at Taylor Drive outbound
- #8062 – Burns Avenue at Sycamore Street
- #7060- Burns Avenue at Taylor Drive inbound
- #7039- Taylor Drive at Sandusky Drive
A temporary stop has been added on the northwest corner of Taylor Drive at Sandusky Drive.
