Portions of Dubuque Street will close beginning on Monday, July 6, 2026.
Northbound Dubuque Street will be closed to traffic between Market Street and Bloomington Street. Market Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic at the intersection with Dubuque Street.
Additionally, southbound Dubuque Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Davenport Street and Market Street.
These traffic impacts will facilitate pavement repairs, water main repairs, and storm sewer work. Normal traffic is expected to resume by mid-August.
