The City's Water Division recently began increasing water pressure in the northeast service area in Iowa City. Testing confirmed that additional infrastructure improvements are required before water pressure can be increased in this area. The pressure increase is now expected to occur after planned upgrades to the Ground Storage Reservoir (GSR) are completed next year.
