The City will increase water pressure in the northeast service area of Iowa City beginning June 1, 2026.

This work is being done to improve water service delivery and system performance in the impacted area.

Customers in the affected area may notice increased pressure in homes and businesses. If discoloration occurs, run cold water until it clears.
