The elevator and staircase on the west side of the Dubuque Street Parking Ramp will be closed from Monday, Aug. 11, through Friday, Aug. 15, 2025, as work on repairs continue in the ramp. 

The east side elevator and stairs will be open and available for customers to use.

As the project continues, the City reminds residents that the entrance to the east side of the ramp of Linn Street remains closed to vehicles. Entry and exit for vehicles will remain open only on the west side of the ramp, off of Dubuque Street as repairs work continues.
