Stop Utility Service Request Form

This form may be used to close your City of Iowa City water, sewer, refuse, and recycling services. A minimum of one week notice is preferred. Saturday and Sunday dates cannot be scheduled.

To transfer service, please use this form to stop service at your present address and then complete the Start Service form for your new address.
